Test our application live: From within Switzerland, dial 0900 11 0900 [CHF
0.50 per call, CHF 0.50 per minute], say "English" and give the name of a Swiss
ski resort to the system. Say "Arosa", for example. You will receive the latest
weather report as well as, in winter, information on all snow conditions and
conditions for winter sports in the Swiss skiing regions.
The solution is based on the voice portal platform by EXCELSIS. The platform
utilises technical standards like VoiceXML and J2EE. Further languages can be
added easily. The current solution has the German and French as well as the
English language installed. The system can understand different types of
pronunciations. Any number of further functions and announcements can be
integrated easily. EXCELSIS offers the solution both as a rental model with
outsourcing as well as a complete turnkey solution.
