EXCELSIS Digital TV

EXCELSIS Digital TV allows the caller to automatically unlock access to a movie, and watch it by specifying the movie title or the movie number and date/time of the movie. The customer selects the title from the programme and then calls the published service number for movie ordering. After he has identified and authenticated himself by saying his customer number and PIN, he chooses a movie title or number, as well as date/time via a suitable dialogue. Then he can order the movie.

EXCELSIS Digital TV initiates the order via the backend system so that the customer can watch the movie after switching to the appropriate channel on his TV set. In case the customer has any problems while going through the automatic order processing, he can ask to be connected to a call center agent.
