SECTORAL SOFTWARE

Our sectoral software is targeted at the requirements of the processes, products and services of businesses of various sectoral segments. We develop sectoral software using our EXCELSIS Speech Solutions Platform. Therefore, our software can be implemented in any VoiceXML-capable infrastructure and is multi-client capable, multilingual and scalable. Together with our partners and customers, we develop software extensions in case of specific requirements and install these turnkey ready in the customer's infrastructure. Alternatively, applications can be run on our hosting platforms or those of our partners.

INTERSECTORAL SOFTWARE

In many businesses, intersectoral processes are to be found. For these processes we develop intersectoral solutions. Examples are applications for automated customer surveys, applications for password management or automated call centers.
