Swiss Contact Day: Excelsis Shows State-of-the-Art Voice Portals

Stuttgart, Germany, 05.05.2008 - Excelsis supports the Swiss Contact Day, which takes place September 4, 2008, in Biel [Switzerland], as co-sponsor and shows the latest generation of its voice portal solutions.

Visitors of the Swiss Contact Day are enabled to gain detailed insight into current technology at the Excelsis stand. With more than 50 standard applications Excelsis shows possibilities for the use and operation of modern voice portals to upgrade customer service and to lower costs in contact centers.

As special offer Excelsis introduces its superior voice hosting platform for attractive software as a service models. This platform is especially optimized for the requirements of the Swiss market and supports multilingualism, dialect recognition and numerous further essential software specifications for example the Swiss grade point system for voice-operated customer surveys.

Dedicated to the motto "Future Service Surprise - Innovative Customer Contact Solutions Make the Difference" the association Callnet.ch organizes the third Swiss Contact Day in the congress hall Biel-Bienne.

The association aims the exchange within the Swiss contact center branch, offering appropriate channels and tools and therefore making an important contribution to the development and strengthening of the branch.
