Voice Biometric Solutions Become Important for Assurances and
Banks
EXCELSIS Presents Innovative Solutions at Voice Days on October 17
and 18, 2007
Stuttgart, Germany, 11.10.2007 – At the renowned Voice Days convention in
Bonn, Germany, on October, 17 and 18, 2007, EXCELSIS presents several innovative
solutions for the application of software based on voice biometrics. As part of
automated voice portals this software is used more and more in the assurance and
banking fields.
EXCELSIS customers Wüstenrot & Württembergische Informatik GmbH and
Unicible IT Services AG successfully apply voice biometric solutions to automate
their internal helpdesks. EXCELSIS CEO Christian Sauter: "More than ten major
customers use our biometric solutions, some of them for several years." For the
future he expects further growth in this segment. Especially theft of sensitive
data such as passwords by so-called phishing, can be prevented with security
solutions based on voice biometrics.
