VOICE Days 2007: Seven customers to hold lectures
Stuttgart, 11.9.2007 - The leading solution provider for voice solutions,
Excelsis Business Technology AG, today announced that seven of its customers
will be represented at the VOICE Days convention in Bonn. Werner Linenbrink from
Westphalien Public Transportation [Westfaelische Verkehrgesellschaft] will speak
on "Schlaue Nummer in NRW", a project for complaint management in public
transport. Further customers who hold lectures at the event are Siemens,
Intervoice and Deutsche Telekom, just to name a few.

The VOICE Days are one of the most renowned conventions in the voice scene.
They take place as a two-day-event: October 17 and 18, 2007, in Bonn. Lectures
focus on voice automation know-how, discussions cover latest trends and
tutorials illustrate this technology’s possibilities and application fields.
Highlight of the event is the presentation of this year’s VOICE Award winners.
Excelsis has been nominated for its customer solution "Deutsche Telekom: 11864
Preisvergleich", an IVR-service to find the lowest price and the according
retailer for any product.
