EXCELSIS at Call Center World 2008

Stuttgart, Germany, 21.12.2007 - From February 18 to 21, 2008, Excelsis Business Technology will be present at the 10th International Congress and Trade Fair for Call Center Management in Berlin.

Excelsis, a leading supplier of voice portals, presents innovative solutions focused on personalized voice portals [biometrics, recognition of age, gender and language], branch specific solutions for voice-operated self services [finance, trade & logistics, utilities, media & entertainment and traffic] and automated outbound functions.

CallCenterWorld is the leading European event for call centers and the customer management industry and takes place once a year in Berlin. The convention is attended by service providers from telemarketing, technology, call center setup providers, consultants and call center associations. Key note speakers from the various branches hold workshops and contribute to the plenum and forums.
