Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and EXCELSIS establish strategic partnership.

Stuttgart/Munich, 7.4.2006. Genesys, headquartered in Daly City, California, USA entered into a wide ranging cooperation with EXCELSIS, the German-speaking market leader for voice portal standard application software. By joining forces and bundling products as well as expertise, both companies are able to deliver groundbreaking solutions for innovative business models to their clients. EXCELSIS' product portfolio consists of a broad set of VoiceXML based standard application software for various lines of business and covers a broad set of business processes.

The Genesys Voice Platform combines the Internet technology with voice self service solutions, making the design and introduction of XML-based voice self services as easy as the deployment of Internet processes. The solution supports dynamic menu queries, personalized audio messages, database integration, call forwarding and speech recording.
