trusts in EXCELSIS voice portals to provide an additional way of access to its
innovative knowledge management solutions
Stuttgart and Guetersloh, 1.12.2006. Stuttgart-based EXCELSIS Business
Technology AG and Arvato Bertelsmann AG subsidiary Empolis GmbH, situated in
Guetersloh, announce the integration of their respective core products. EXCELSIS
integrated her software for standard applications for speech systems with
Empolis’ leading solution for company-wide knowledge management.
Through this users of the knowledge management software can now make their
inquiries about company-wide data and knowledge bases by using natural language.
For the first time customers of Empolis can use their voice as the most natural
interface to computer systems for making highly complex queries.
