EXCELSIS now member of the Call Center Forum Deutschland

EXCELSIS involved in the biggest platform of the call center industry in Germany.

Stuttgart, 20.7.2006. EXCELSIS Business Technology AG has been a member of Germany’s biggest platform of the call center industry since July 2006. The Call Centre Forum functions as industry association and, with over 280 members, provides the opportunity to exchange know-how and experience on a regional, national and international level as well as to communicate its interests to the public by way of extensive professional PR work. Among the members are leading businesses of the retail, banking and insurance industry as well as of the industry and service sector.

The Call Center Forum offers a wide range of support services in solving problems and gives independent and competent advice as aid in the operational implementation of new strategies. Consistent standards of the call center industry are set by means of certificates in order to provide a basis for the call center segment.
