Vocalify becomes a member
of the EXCELSIS Group
The Stuttgart based EXCELSIS Group strengthens its
speech technology division with the takeover of the Swiss company, Vocalify
AG.
Stuttgart/Bern, 10.1.2005. With the purchase of Vocalify AG,
located in Bern, EXCELSIS takes over 100% of the organisation.
"With the takeover of Vocalify AG, we have integrated two strong businesses
in the area of speech technology into the EXCELSIS group, within a short period
of time. With Insonic and Vocalify, we are one of the leading companies in
Switzerland in the area of speech technology and can provide excellent solutions
for the German, English, Italian and French speaking areas", this according to
Christian Sauter, CEO of EXCELSIS.

Vocalify is one of the leading companies in Switzerland in the area of speech
technology. Vocalify operates mainly in the French speaking areas and has
experts for speech solutions with an extremely large vocabulary at its disposal.
The company, located in Bern, was founded in 1993. Vocalify works for customers

The turnover in 2003 was approx. 8.7 million euro with an EBIT of almost 3
million euro. The company which is privately owned has been profitable since it
was founded and is based in Stuttgart.
