NOMINATION FOR THE VOICE AWARD
Congratulations to our customer UBS!

September 2004. A jury led by Prof. Wahlster, Head of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, has nominated the UBS Telephone Banking service for the first German "Voice Award". A total of 62 systems were tested and evaluated. The systems allow a telephone user to converse in the German language with a computer service, without prior training of the system to the user’s voice. The nominee was selected based on a comprehensive testing process in five categories. Our customer, who uses our Insonic voice dialog solution, has been nominated for the categories "Best Practice" and "Best Voice User Interface".
