Rolf
Pfister [1958] has been president of the Swiss EXCELSIS Business Solutions
AG supervisory board since 2004. After his commercial education in a law
firm, he managed a trust company in Zurich for many years. He then changed
into the finance sector. There he gained substantial knowledge of the Swiss
and international banking industry. In 1983 he changed into auditing. From
1987 until 1992 he managed the internal auditing department at a foreign
bank in Switzerland. In 1992 he was assigned with the setup and management
of internal auditing of the then SEGA [Schweizerische Effekten-Giro AG].
Since 1999 he manages the internal corporate auditing of the SIS Swiss
Financial Services Group AG.
Besides over 20 years of experience as auditor in the banking industry,
Rolf Pfister has also gained extensive experience in process management
and the execution of computer science projects. Rolf Pfister was
previously part of the supervisory board of EXCELSIS Business Technology
AG.
