EXCELSIS, together with Vattenfall Europe Information Services, has realised a voice solution to provide fully automated meter reading data entry for energy provider Bewag in Berlin. The solution is run on our Hosting Platform.

The system is completely integrated with SAP IS-U, the industry solution by SAP for energy providers. The whole data collection process can be fully automated through the external operation of the voice solution and the simultaneous full integration into Vattenfall Europe's SAP system. Vattenfall Europe thereby significantly reduces its process costs.
