With "Alice", HanseNet offers telephone and fast DSL connections. Besides the major German towns and regions such as Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Munich, Alice will soon be available in a further 60 German towns in the form of the full attractive range of services called Alice Super.

On behalf of our partner Avaya, we have developed a speech solution for HanseNet that can handle the status requests of new customer orders. HanseNet clients can ring our speech system to enquire about the processing status of their newly signed DSL contract as well as the time of the changeover.
