Therefore our Telco-customers can revert to extensive sector knowledge. EXCELSIS has, for instance, developed and implemented the first network provider independent mobile banking system nationwide for a major bank. The result was an intensive cooperation with several specialty businesses from the telecommunication sector.

We were also one of the first providers offering a platform independent and certified solution for the Intelligent Network by T-Com a division of Deutsche Telekom, Germanys leading communication company. Our adapter for the routing configuration interface [RCI] was successfully certified for application in the Intelligent Network by T-Com.

Our customer projects in the telecommunication sector are positioned particularly in the areas customer care, customer service and order processing. Here, especially our extensive EAI experience is of importance. Our application software covers many standard processes and can easily be adapted and expanded for further requirements.
