employees cablecom is the leading cable network
operator of Switzerland. Cablecom offers solutions in the areas
of analogue and digital cable TV, cable radio, broadband internet,
telephony and business applications.
Up to 20 top movies and erotic films are available through Cablecom Digital Cinema via a digital TV receiver. Cablecom
is banking on our software to ensure automated selection
and ordering over the phone. Cablecom uses our software EXCELSIS Speaking
Manual for support calls or the TV receiver.
The system currently supports seven languages and runs on
a telephone infrastructure provided by our partner
Aspect.
