Set-up, operation and further development of an IVR and VoiceXML infrastructure can be a demanding and cost-intensive task. From a TCO perspective, the costs for one telephone line, including hardware and software, can easily add up to thousands of Euro. Installation, configuration and integration efforts will quickly take companies’ IT and TC specialists hundreds of hours.  Moreover efforts for operation and maintenance will grow continuously as requirements rise.


This is why we offer a hosting platform for the operation of voice portals since 2001. It was the first VoiceXML hosting platform in the German-speaking region. The platform fulfills typical requirements by our telecommunications customers ("carrier grade"). We use state of the art technology that complies with important industry standards, such as VoiceXML, MRCP or SIP. For these purposes we use, amongst others, products from Holly, Nuance and Voxeo as well as Asterisk as telephony platform.

An important advantage of our platform is the possibility to flexibly utilize infrastructure capacity for voice recognition, speech synthesis and voice biometrics, IVR and application server. As a result investing into hardware and software is not necessary for our customers and partners. We already took care of this. Depending on your needs you can rent the capacity that suits you, for instance a certain number of telephone lines or you flexibly use other pricing models.

Our customers can start with a single application and expand their voice portal gradually by adding further applications and eventually establishing large and company-wide portals. Our offer gives companies a very high level of flexibility. We support our customers during the planning phase through professional and technical consulting, so they can concentrate on their core competencies.

Pricing Models for SaaS and Hosting

We offer the following pricing models:

 

  • allocation of fixed capacities (agreed on in advance) measured in ports (telephone lines) or equivalent
  • flexible allocation of capacity as needed, measured in ports
  • pay per use ( measured by completed transactions). I.e. customers only pay for successfully completed transactions

These models are agreed by service and license agreements. In every contract we also agree on the following parameters:

 

  • duration (0 to 5 years)
  • volumes (starting from „no fixed volume to buy" up to a predefined volume, e.g. minimum number of minutes per period, such as monthly or quarterly)
  • setup fee for the installation of a new voice portal
  • prices depend on applications provided
  • we do not offer pure infrastructure services, all our customers also obtain their voice portal applications from us
