To configure, monitor and control our voice portal applications, we use a web application (Excelsis Management Console).
The Excelsis Management Console offers numerous possibilities to monitor and configure the system. It also allows for evaluating its operation with data on call history and statistics. Contents, announcements and menus can be changed, updated and activated for a certain period of time. The extent to which announcements can be configured largely depends on the application's context, menu structure and integration level. Therefore, they are configured and adapted individually.
It is very easy to adapt the application to individual requirements and to include additional functionality.
