Excelsis time registration is a voice portal solution for companies looking for a fast and easy possibility to register the working time of their field force and store employees.
With our pre-packaged solution, employees who work externally can register their working time from every telephone. The employees are identified with their personnel number or automatically recognised by their phone number (CLI). The identification via recognition of the phone number is very fast. In this case the great advantage is, that the telephone numbers for conducting the time registration can be limited to a predefined set.
For authentication the caller enters his PIN or is authorised automatically with a biometric voice print he recorded previously. This method is highly secure. Afterwards, the employees choose the kind of time registration they want to do by entering a booking code. Simple checking in and out when starting or ending the work day is possible, as well as conducting other types of bookings like business trips, breaks or deployment to specific locations. The exact time stamp of every call is automatically determined and the data is stored. The caller receives a confirmation of the booking, including its type and time.
