At the moment even more international projects in the field of transport and logistics are being planned, whereas our experts are implementing solutions for the most populated Australian state New South Wales as well as for one of the largest German regions, the greater Nurnberg area (VGN).

More than 650 routes in 18 rural and eight urban districts and more than 200 million passengers per year: the public transport association of the greater Nuremberg area (VGN), with a surface of more than 14.000 km², is the second largest transport association in Germany. To prevent its customers from getting lost within this complex network of routes, VGN wants to offer straightforward timetable information, anytime and anywhere.

With Excelsis Speaking Timetable, callers can obtain timetable and tariff information for thousands of stops, locations and points of interest round the clock and plan their journey within the system. A clever dialogue guides the caller through the voice portal and quickly provides the information needed. The system recognizes naturally spoken input for information on departure and arrival (location and time) and preferred means of transport.
