08-11 February 2010: Call Center World 2010 in Berlin (You can meet Excelsis in hall 4, at stand B8. Appointments requested) - 28-29 April 2010: SpeechTEK Europe, London (Participation as exhibitor to be decided. Excelsis will be on site in any case. Appointments required)
