The famous watch manufacture needed a high-performance B2B application to communicate with its distributed service centres worldwide. Together with Lange, Excelsis Consulting conducted a process-analysis and delivered a multimodal solution to connect the service centres. The solution enables Lange Uhren to cut costs significantly and to increase its level of automation.
